Starting at 6 a.m. Eastern time online you can book dining reservations.
As each day of your trips hits its 60 mark you will be able to make dining reservations for those days.

If you do not see an open dining reservation for your desired restaurant do not be discouraged, keep checking back as other people's plans change new reservations pop up all the time even right up until the last minute.
