Special Event Tickets
Disney offers a variety of special ticketed events. These events require the purchase of an additional ticket. The events take place outside of regular park operating hours and are limited in the number of tickets that are sold. Some events, such as Early Morning Magic, require regular park admission in addition to the special event ticket. Some events are only offered seasonally while others are offered year round.
Disney is always adding new special events so be sure to check their website prior to your trip to see what is available.
Below are some of the current Special Events
Disney Villains After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park
On select nights guests who purchase a ticket to the Disney Villains After Hours event can enjoy 3 hours in the park after the park closes to regular guests. The price of the ticket includes free ice cream, popcorn, water and soda. You can ride the rides and explore the park on a night full of villainous fun. The event does not have a villains meet-n-greet, but does have a special villains stage show and the fire-breathing Maleficent float makes it way through the park several times throughout the night.
This special ticketed event does not require regular park admission, you can enter at the start of the event with just the purchase of the special event ticket.

Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park
On select nights guests who purchase a ticket to the Disney After Hours Event can can enjoy 3 hours in the park after the park closes to regular guests. Disney sells a limited number of tickets for this event and boasts that the event will allow you to enjoy Magic Kingdom attractions and character greetings with little wait time.
This special ticketed event does not require regular park admission, you can enter at the start of the event with just the purchase of the special event ticket.

Disney After Hours at Animal Kingdom Park
On select nights guests who purchase a ticket to the Disney After Hours Event can enjoy 3 hours in the park after the park closes to regular guests. The price of your ticket includes free ice cream, popcorn, water and soda. Disney sells a limited number of tickets for this event and boasts that the event will allow you to enjoy Animal Kingdom attractions and character greetings with little wait time.
This special ticketed event does not require regular park admission, you can enter at the start of the event with just the purchase of the special event ticket.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Select nights November to December Disney holds a Christmas party in the Magic Kingdom after the park closes to regular guests. The party runs from 7 p.m. to midnight. In addition to the attractions and character meet-n- greets, the party includes a special Christmas parade, holiday stage show, exclusive holiday fireworks and snow falling on Main St. U.S.A. A limited number of tickets are sold for this event and dates due sell out so if you plan on attending get your tickets early.
This special ticketed event does not require regular park admission, you can enter at the start of the event with just the purchase of the special event ticket.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
Select nights August to October Disney holds a Halloween party in the Magic Kingdom after the park closes to regular guests. The party runs from 7 p.m. to midnight. In addition to the attractions and character meet-n- greets, the party includes an exclusive Halloween themed parade, stage show, and fireworks. Of course Halloween wouldn’t be complete without trick- or treating, there are multiple trick- or -treating spots throughout the park where you can collect candy. A limited number of tickets are sold for this event and dates due sell out so if you plan on attending get your tickets early.

Early Morning Magic Fantasyland
Select mornings throughout the year Magic Kingdom's Fantasyland opens early for a special ticketed event. The event runs from 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The event includes access to select attractions in the Fantasyland section of the park as well as a breakfast buffet at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.
